(WARNING! Please do not fave or comment here. If you would like to then please do so at the link [link] I reuploaded it on my new account!)

The first Twilight book summed up in one drawing, as well as the personalities of Edward and Bella. Did Edward mention he was dangerous?

I can't believe some teens are calling this crap the next equivalent Harry Potter

the only people who'd enjoy this are woman who devour romance novels like no tomorrow, anyone who considers themselves emos or even likes emos (which is NOT a good thing), and anyone who's obssessed with fanfics done by middle school girls cause that's what the story is like, A FANFIC just without any fandom to whore to.

excuse me while I go watch Buffy and enjoy seeing some vampires get the shit beat out of them

Twilight and characters belong to Stephenie Meyer
art belongs to me

i agree with you fully on the whole.... (everything)
i am so sick and tiured of everyone treating this series like its a god. so the author is a good writer.

big deal.

i have never even read the series and i still know quite a bit about it.

harry potter whips its ass,

and Lord of the Rings beats the hoe down with some week old french bread.

and that is my imput.

For so long i have sought out to find an original signature, but it was too troublesome so i gave up.

it was an odd relationship she had with him, one foot on egg-shells the other perpetually up his ass

If you think the first Twilight book is bad, wait until you read Breaking Dawn.

My best friend was a big Twilight fan until she read that book. It shattered the entire Twilight universe for her, and now she makes fun of it with me.

But yeah. The Twilight series would have made a pretty decent Fanfiction.net story, but it really doesn't belong in the published world.
:iconrisky:
Dangerous? No, I don't quite remember him mentioning that...

lmfao! This is great. XD

I got a couple of pages into the book and kind of just put it down. All my friends and co workers were saying how great it was but I dunno. It just hasn't grabbed my attention yet. :/

Now you see me. Now you don't. Now you say you love me. Pretty soon you won't.

XDD This is really funny.

I agree with you on almost everything, except the emo thing 'cause I get really pissy about that topic, but I'm not going into that.

Twilight would only be good if it, I don't know, were written by a GOOD AUTHOR!!!!! The plot's pretty good, but the writing is the worst thing I've ever seen in my entire life. A story, not even a romance, can be based fully on.. Well, romance! It needs more to it!

This reminds me of my review of the book Twilight. "BUT I'M DANGER-OUS!!!!!!11one"

"If it's childish to believe in this, so be it. I'd rather be considered a child than follow a doctrine of cynicism, chaos—apathy. I thought I didn't care, Dad, that I didn't need to believe in things. But I was wrong." - Edward Elric

*hates*
ill admit breaking dawn kinda ruined it a bit, but overall, the books are still good, maybe not better than J.K, but still pretty awesome... T_T

I felt the need to update my signature.

However, in the absence of anything interesting to say, I would like anyone who reads this to please ignore the fact that this is particularly unnecessary and simply serves to waste space.

What is your problem? Twilight is better than Harry Potter in every way. How long did it take JK rowling to get to the top of the bestseller list? A while. How long did it take Stephenie to beat that? Four years. A lot less time. Go jump off a cliff.

But make sure to build your house brick by boring brick or the wolf's gonna blow it down.

Call me what you want. Don't worry. It probably won't offend me:D
:iconnekookami:
*laughs hysterically* Better in everyway? Just what are you smoking?

First off which series got millions of people to read wirldwide? Which one became a cultural phenomenon? Which one was better recieved by critics and the general population? Why I believe it was Harry Potter.

Twilight..... hmmmmmmm. lets review

reads like some horrible fanfic
the characters are the definition of Mary Sues and are so incredibly vapid and one note that it's ridiculous
and half of the story is either Bella gushing over how incredibly perfect in everyway Edward is despite how he treats her like crap or Edward hanging near Bella all the time and reminding her how dangerous he is

the story is an insult to the written medium and belongs on Fanfic.net, not in bookstores

wanna know why Twilight is on the bestseller list? Because of the spending power a legion of highschool girls who gush over angsty romance novels can create. Besides dog shit could be on the bestseller list but it doesn't mean it's any good. Bestseller =/= good book

now please get off the internet and read something that actually has some worth, instead of whining on the net cause someone doesn't like some overhyped series. Why dont you read something like the Great Gatsby, Alice in Wonderland, or the friggen distionary or something.

and honestly it's not hard to provide a good arguement without resorting to telling people "go jump off a cliff" cause you just prove my point that twilight fans are insane

Here's what's wrong with your arguement.

First, "a while." It took JK Rowling "a while" to make best-seller. Ok. What does that mean? A month? A year? A decade? An eterity? A while can be a few minutes, for crying out loud.

And second, the Harry Potter series is known in just about -every- civilized nation in the world, spanning five continent, or six if I'm counting wrong. That's almost the entire world.

If Twilight's such a wonderful book, why have I never heard of it until the movie was advertised?

Go jump off a cliff, child.
